Abstract Guidelines

USF Toxicology Conferences invite abstracts for Oral and poster presentation within the scope of conference topics. We request to follow below guidelines for Abstract preparation and submission.

Original Submission: Abstracts should contain genuine research content and make sure to not presented or submitted anywhere else.

Be Concise: Abstract content shouldn't exceed more than 500-600 words. Avoid lengthy and overly broad or overreaching statements. Summarize brief and specific information: It may contain Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions, keywords sections.   

Be Clear: Contextualize the topic and make sure that thesis or argument fit to the scope of the conference and submit the quality and Ingenious research.

Be Clean: Abstract should be linear clear and an error free. Cross check the formulas and font styles before submission.

Language: Abstract must be written in English without grammatical mistakes.

Conflict of Interest & Ethical Approval: Before submission all authors should discuss to avoid Conflict of Interest and resolve all intellectual property rights to prevent ethical issues and dual submissions.

Submission Format: Submit your abstracts in the format of MS Word (.doc or .docx) or Pdf formats through online Submission at or email your abstract to 

Abstract Selection and Presentation: After successful submission of abstract an official submission acknowledgement receipt mail will be sent within 24hr. So, make sure to mention proper active contact details (email and phone number) while submitting an abstract form.

The abstract Committee will review plagiarism and scientific merit of all submitted abstracts.

Accepted abstracts will be presented at conference website and full-length articles will be published in the conference proceedings and relevant journals. All published articles will be assigned with the Digital Object Identifier issued by crossref. 

In case of multiple coauthors wish to participate the conference, each person requires to register for the conference independently. However, for group registrations and listener registration, will provide 20% discount.
