Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellation due to personal reasons, it must be informed by writing to support@astrophysics2023.com If Cancellation request made before 4 months to the conference dates, only $100 of administrative fee will be charged and remain total amount will be refunded within 5 days.

If Cancellation request made before 2 months to the conference dates, 50% of the amount will be refunded within 5 days.

Cancellation within a month to the conference dates will not be entertained as complete schedule will be finalized.

United Scientific Forum also provides the option to transfer your registration and accommodation fee to either other person or can be used for our further conferences prior 30 days of conference dates. This amount will be safely on your wallet as per your convenience.

Cancellation Policy at unavoidable circumstances:

The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel or convert to a virtual conference in case of any unavoidable and unpredictable circumstances such as venue country travel advisory, natural disasters, conflict of interest, calamities or terrorism activity. In these cases, the amount will not be refunded but it is available in your wallet that can be transfer to either other person or can be used for our further conferences. 

In case of online converted conference 40% of the registration and accommodation fee will be refunded as online conferences do not include conference hall and food expenses.

Code of Conduct:

All attendees and participants should respect other privacy. Treat all with respect, dignity, impartiality and courtesy with well professional behavior.

Gender, race, color, discrimination, harassment, unwelcome sexual attention, inappropriate photography, stalking, threatening behavior is strictly prohibited.

In case of breach of Code of Conduct, organizers reserve the right to remove from the event premises or to refuse entry to the event.
